Usha Resources CEO Deepak Varshney joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share details of the notable progress the company has made in its fieldwork at the White Willow Lithium Pegmatite Project, resulting in the identification of additional drill targets within the Bingo lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatite swarms.

The success of the fieldwork has prompted the company to extend its efforts beyond the initially planned 6 weeks for Phase 3. This extension will allow Usha Resources to maximize its mapping, sampling, and prospecting activities before commencing drilling operations.

The decision to prolong the fieldwork underscores the company's commitment to thorough exploration and its dedication to uncovering the full potential of the White Willow project.

In addition to the positive developments in the field, Varshney also announced the successful closure of a private placement, which raised nearly $600,000 dollars. These funds will be instrumental in advancing exploration activities across the company's properties in both Nevada and Ontario, as well as supporting general working capital needs. This financial injection is a significant step toward achieving Usha Resources' exploration goals and project development objectives.

Furthermore, the company is actively working on its listing on the Australian Stock Exchange, demonstrating its commitment to expanding its presence in the financial markets and enhancing its visibility among investors and stakeholders.
